At 22, and after many drunken nights, Chris decided he would go alcohol free for a year to see what life would be like without it.
Oh how his life changed.
Chris created ‘Hello Sunday Morning’ to allow others to enjoy living life alcohol free.
Fast forward to today and his organisation has over 100,000 registered participants living life without alcohol.
